Ordering

What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card through our secure PayPal provider. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Yes, due to the recent Supreme Court ruling on June 21, 2018, States are allowed to require online retailers to charge sales tax. 

How do I apply a gift card?

Each gift card is assigned a unique code which may be applied upon checkout.

How to apply a promo code at check out?

Go to your shopping cart and enter your promo code into the box "apply coupon" section. 

Can I use promo codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?

Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.

Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?

Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.

I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses. What’s going on?

Error messages are rare but happen.  If you are receiving one, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address must match exactly what your bank has on file. Double check your information closely and look for any typos.

My order won't go through. What should I do?

Sometimes technology is challenging and an error message will pop up when trying to check out.  Please take a minute and look over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, and make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. If all of that is correct you may need to contact us directly.

The "Place Order" button is one that you will only want to click on ONCE… if you click it more than that it could authorize your card multiple times. We don’t want that for you so, please click it once.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

We understand the need to change or cancel your order, however; we need you to notify us immediately. We pride ourselves in our quick shipping means we pack and ship orders pretty fast! Once your order has been initially processed we will be unable to change or cancel your order.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation should be sent shortly after you have submitted your order. If you have not received an order confirmation email in 24 hours, email us at help@shopdiamondarrow.com

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours as long as the order is placed Monday – Friday.  Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the next USPS business day.  

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking numbers.  

Sizing

What size should I order?

Shopping online is sometimes hard, but it doesn’t have to be!  Diamond Arrow Boutique has sizes for most shapes and sizes.  To help you understand which size is best for you please refer to the sizing guide located in the section below the item you are viewing.

We also try to provide specific details about each product in the description, so don't forget to check there! If you still have questions about that perfect item you’re daydreaming about owning, just drop us a comment on our contact us form. We will try to provide any additional information you need to make your decision!

I have a fit question. How do I find this information?

We know that every one of our beautiful customers has her own unique shape and size, please see the sizing guide or in the additional information tab on each specific item.  For more information on a specific item reach out to us using the contact us form and we will answer all of your questions.  

Returns

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return we will immediately begin to process the return. You will recieve an email once we have processed your return. After that, it is all up to your bank and its processing time for it to be reflected in your bank account. 

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

I’m in love with something that’s out of stock in my size! What can I do?

If you find an item on our site that you have your heart set on; reach out to us via the contact us form and let us know what size and item number so that we can email you as soon as it is back in stock.  Some items are a one run item and others we can get again.

Do you offer gift cards?

We sure do! Our Diamond Arrow Boutique gift cards are issued as an eGift Card.  You can purchase them here.

Does my eGift card expire?

Gift cards issued by Diamond Arrow Boutique are good for one year from date of purchase.

Do you have any store locations?

In the day of technology and the We’re an online-only boutique, which means you can shop with us 24/7! Go ahead, get your shop on!
